And the trumpet shall be blown, and lo! from the tombs unto their Lord they shall be hastening. 51 They will say: Ah woe unto us! who hath roused us from our sleeping-place? This is that which the Compassionate had promised, and truly spake the sent ones. 52 It is but one Shout, and behold them brought together before Us! 53 today no soul will be wronged at all; nor shall ye be requited but for that which ye have been working. 54 Indeed the companions of Paradise, that Day, will be amused in [joyful] occupation - 55 They and their spouses will recline on couches in the shade therein. 56 They shall have fruits therein, and they shall have whatever they desire. 57 Peace, a saying from the Most Merciful Lord. 58 [Then He will say], "But stand apart today, you criminals. 59 ۞ “O Descendants of Adam! Did I not take a covenant from you that you shall not worship the devil? Undoubtedly, he is your open enemy.” 60 and that you should serve Me? This is a straight path. 61 Still, he misguided a whole throng of you. Did you have no sense? 62 This is hell which ye were promised (if ye followed him). 63 Enter into it this day because you disbelieved. 64 On that Day We shall set a seal on their mouths but their hands will speak unto Us, and their feet will bear witness to whatever they have earned [in life]. 65 If We so willed, We would have put out their eyes, then they would rush to see the Way, but how would they be able to see? 66 If We so willed, We would have transformed them where they were so that they would not go forward or backward. 67
