▼ 15 The Hijjr Valley
Al-Hijjr 2 of 6
And verily in the heaven we have set mansions of the stars, and We have beautified it for beholders. 16 and have protected them against every accursed satan 17 But he who steals a hearing, so there follows him a visible flame. 18 And the earth We have spread out (like a carpet); set thereon mountains firm and immovable; and produced therein all kinds of things in due balance. 19 And We have made for you therein means of living and [for] those for whom you are not providers. 20 And there is not a thing the treasure* of which is not with Us; and We do not send it down except by a known measure. (* The power to create it.) 21 And We send the winds fertilising, and cause water to descend from the sky, and give it you to drink. It is not ye who are the holders of the store thereof. 22 And verily We! it is We who give life and death, and We shall be the survivors. 23 To Us are known those of you who hasten forward, and those who lag behind. 24 and it is your Lord who will gather them. He is Wise, Knowing. 25
