It is We Who have set out the zodiacal signs in the heavens, and made them fair-seeming to (all) beholders; 16 And We guard it against every accursed Shaitan, 17 But he who steals a hearing, so there follows him a visible flame. 18 And the earth We have spread out (like a carpet); set thereon mountains firm and immovable; and produced therein all kinds of things in due balance. 19 and there appointed for you livelihood, and for those you provide not for. 20 There is nothing except that its treasuries are with Us and We do not send it down except in a known measure. 21 We let loose fertilizing winds, and bring water from the sky for you to drink; and you could not have stored it up for yourselves. 22 And verily, it is We Who give life, and Who give death: it is We Who remain inheritors (after all else passes away). 23 And verily We know the eager among you and verily We know the laggards. 24 Lo! thy Lord will gather them together. Lo! He is Wise, Aware. 25

Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
