Say: "O Lord, if I am made to see what has been promised them, 93 My Lord! then place me not with the unjust. 94 We have the Power to strike them with torment before your very eyes. 95 Repel evil with that which is best: We are well acquainted with the things they say. 96 And say thou: my Lord! I seek refuge with Thee against the whisperings of the satans. 97 O my Lord, I seek refuge in You lest they attend me' 98 Until, when death comes to one of them (those who join partners with Allah), he says: "My Lord! Send me back, 99 Haply I may do good in that which I have left. By no means! it is a (mere) word that he speaks; and before them is a barrier until the day they are raised. 100 And when the trumpet is blown there will be no kinship among them that day, nor will they ask of one another. 101 Then he whose scales are heavy -- they are the prosperers, 102 And those whose scales are light are those who lose their souls, in hell abiding. 103 The fire lashes their faces and therein are shriveled lips. 104 "Were not My Verses (this Quran) recited to you, and then you used to deny them?" 105 They shall say, 'Our Lord, our adversity prevailed over us; we were an erring people. 106 Our Lord! Oh, bring us forth from hence! If we return (to evil) then indeed we shall be wrong-doers. 107 He saith: Begone therein, and speak not unto Me. 108 Verily! There was a party of My slaves, who used to say: "Our Lord! We believe, so forgive us, and have mercy on us, for You are the Best of all who show mercy!" 109 But you took them in mockery to the point that they made you forget My remembrance, and you used to laugh at them. 110 [But,] behold, today I have rewarded them for their patience in adversity: verily, it is they, they who have achieved a triumph!" 111 He will ask, "How many years did you stay on earth?" 112 They will say, “We stayed a day or part of a day, so ask those who keep count.” 113 He will say: Ye tarried but a little if ye only knew. 114 What! did you then think that We had created you in vain and that you shall not be returned to Us? 115 So exalted be Allah, the True King; no god is there but He, the Lord of the honorable dominion. 116 Whosoever calls upon another god, other than Allah, having no proof his reckoning will be with his Lord. The unbelievers shall never prosper. 117 And say (O Muhammad SAW): "My Lord! Forgive and have mercy, for You are the Best of those who show mercy!" 118
