The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ TA SIN MIM. 1 These are the verses of the Book that makes (things) clear. 2 Possibly you may risk your life (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) by grieving, because they did not believe. 3 If We will, We can send down on them a sign from the sky so that their leaders would remain bowed before it. 4 [But We have not willed it:] and so, whenever there comes unto them any fresh reminder from the Most Gracious, they [who are blind of heart] always - turn their backs upon it: 5 So, they belied, but surely the tidings of that they mocked will come to them. 6 Have they not seen the earth in which We have made gracious plants grow? 7 Lo! herein is indeed a portent; yet most of them are not believers. 8 Verily Your Lord is Infinitely Mighty, Most Compassionate. 9
