۞ We revealed to Moses: "Set forth with My servants by night for you will be pursued." 52 Then Pharaoh sent gatherers to the cities. 53 (Proclaiming): "Surely they are a small band (of fugitives). 54 and they have enraged us, 55 "But we are a multitude amply fore-warned." 56 Then We drave them forth from gardens and springs. 57 And treasures and honorable station - 58 even so, and We bequeathed them upon the Children of Israel. 59 At sunrise, they followed them. 60 And when the two parties saw each other, the companions of Musa said: verily we are overtaken. 61 Musa said: by no means; verily with me is my Lord; He shall guide me. 62 Then We bade Moses strike the sea with his staff. And it parted, and each part was like a huge mountain. 63 And We caused the pursuers to draw near unto that place: 64 We delivered Moses and all those who were with him, 65 Then drowned the others. 66 Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers. 67 And verily thy Lord! He is the Mighty, the Merciful. 68
