۞ And We inspired to Moses, "Travel by night with My servants; indeed, you will be pursued." 52 Then Fir'awn sent unto the cities callers: 53 "These," they said, "are only a small band, 54 And lo! they are offenders against us. 55 And indeed, we are a cautious society... " 56 Then We drave them forth from gardens and springs. 57 and their treasures and excellent dwellings. 58 and We made the Children of Israel inheritors of these bounties. 59 Then they pursued them at sunrise. 60 and, when the two hosts sighted each other, the companions of Moses said, 'We are overtaken!' 61 'No, indeed' he replied, 'my Lord is with me and He will guide me' 62 Then We inspired to Moses, "Strike with your staff the sea," and it parted, and each portion was like a great towering mountain. 63 Then We brought the others to that place. 64 We delivered Moses and all who were with him; 65 Then We drowned the others. 66 Verily in this is a Sign: but most of them do not believe. 67 And lo, thy Lord! He is indeed the Mighty, the Merciful. 68
