Hizb 38

The people of Nuh (Noah) belied the Messengers. 105 When their brother Noah said to them: "Will you not take heed? 106 “I am indeed a trustworthy Noble Messenger of Allah to you.” 107 Have fear of God and obey me. 108 And I do not ask you any reward for it; my reward is only with the Lord of the worlds: 109 "So keep your duty to Allah, fear Him and obey me." 110 ۞ They said: shall We believe in thee when the meanest follow thee? 111 He said: "It is not for me to know what they were doing. 112 If only you would realize, their account is with my Lord. 113 And I am not to drive away the believers. 114 I am only a plain warner. 115 They said: If you desist not, O Nuh, you shall most certainly be of those stoned to death. 116 [Whereupon] he prayed: "O my Sustainer! Behold, my people have given me the lie: 117 "Judge Thou, then, between me and them openly, and deliver me and those of the Believers who are with me." 118 Wherefore We delivered him and those with him in the laden ark. 119 Then We drowned thereafter the remaining ones. 120 Surely there is a Sign in this, but most of them would not believe. 121 Your Lord is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 122
