Drivers of the Winds (Al-Dhaareyaat)
60 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Dunes (Al-Ahqaaf) before Overwhelming (Al-Ghaasheyah)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
By those [winds] scattering [dust] dispersing 1 And (the clouds) that bear heavy weight of water; 2 and the smooth runners 3 and execute the great task of apportioning (rainfall): 4 surely that you are promised is true, 5 The Judgement will indeed take place. 6 By the heaven full of paths. 7 surely you are at variance (about the Hereafter); 8 Let whoever wishes, turn away from Our Quran. 9 Cursed be the liars, 10 who are steeped in ignorance and heedlessness. 11 They ask, "When will be the Day of Judgment and Justice?" 12 (It is) the day on which they shall be tried at the fire. 13 "Taste your trial. This is what you sought to hasten." 14 Indeed the pious are among Gardens and water springs. 15 Accepting what their Lord has given them. Indeed, they were before that doers of good. 16 They used to sleep only a little during the night. 17 And in the hour of early dawn, they (were found) praying for Forgiveness; 18 And in their wealth and possessions (was remembered) the right of the (needy,) him who asked, and him who (for some reason) was prevented (from asking). 19 In the earth there is evidence (of the Truth) for those who have strong faith. 20 just as [there are signs thereof] within your own selves: can you not, then, see? 21 There is in the heavens your sustenance, and whatever has been promised you. 22 And by the Lord of the heavens and the earth! it is most surely the truth, just as you do speak. 23

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
