And heaven – We made it with Our Own Power and We have the Power to do so. 47 And the earth! We have stretched it forth beneath; an excellent Spreader are We! 48 And We created pairs of everything that you may contemplate. 49 Flee therefore unto Allah; verily I am unto you from Him a warner manifest. 50 “And do not appoint other deities along with Allah; indeed I am from Him, a clear Herald of Warning towards you.” 51 Even so there came no messenger unto those before them but they said: A wizard or a madman! 52 Have they inherited such dealings with the Prophets from their predecessors or are they a rebellious people? 53 so ignore them, you are not to blame, 54 And remind; the Reminder profits the believers. 55 I have not created jinn and mankind except to serve Me. 56 I do not desire from them any sustenance and I do not desire that they should feed Me. 57 Surely, Allah is the Provider, the Possessor of Power, the Mighty. 58 The evildoers shall have their portion, like the portion of their fellows; so let them not hasten Me! 59 So woe to the unbelievers, for that day of theirs that they are promised. 60
