With power and skill did We construct the Firmament: for it is We Who create the vastness of pace. 47 And We made the earth a base, so how well do We lay out! 48 And We created pairs of everything that you may contemplate. 49 “Therefore rush towards Allah; indeed I am from Him, a clear Herald of Warning towards you.” 50 and do not set up any deity with Allah. Surely I am a clear warner to you from Him. 51 Thus there did not come to those before them an apostle but they said: A magician or a mad man. 52 Have they handed this down from one to another? No, rather, they are an insolent nation. 53 So turn away from them, you shall not be blamed, 54 And advise, for advice benefits the Muslims. 55 We have created jinn and human beings only that they might worship Me. 56 I do not ask any sustenance from them, nor wish that they give Me food. 57 It is God Who is the Sustainer and the Lord of invincible strength. 58 The wrong-doers shall receive a portion of the chastisements as their fellows (of yore). So let them not rush Me. 59 Then, woe to those who disbelieve (in Allah and His Oneness Islamic Monotheism) from (that) their Day which they have been promised (for their punishment). 60
