Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2
No! I swear by that you see 38 And that which ye see not. 39 That it is indeed the speech of an illustrious messenger. 40 It is not the word of a poet: little it is ye believe! 41 Nor the word of a soothsayer; little do you remember. 42 Sent down by the Lord Of The Creation. 43 And if Muhammad had made up about Us some [false] sayings, 44 We would surely have seized him by the right hand, 45 Then We would certainly have cut off his aorta. 46 And not one of you could have withheld Us from him. 47 And verily, this Quran is a Reminder for the Muttaqun (pious - see V. 2:2). 48 And verily, We know that there are some among you that belie (this Quran). [Tafsir At-Tabari, Vol. 29, Page 68] 49 And indeed it (this Quran) will be an anguish for the disbelievers (on the Day of Resurrection). 50 And indeed it is a certain Truth. 51 Then magnify the Name of thy Lord, the All-mighty. 52
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
