What! Are ye the more difficult to create or the heaven (above)? (Allah) hath constructed it: 27 Raised it high, proportioned it, 28 and making its night dark and bringing forth its morning light, 29 And after that He spread the earth, 30 after that bringing forth from it its water and its pasture land, 31 And the mountains hath He firmly fixed;- 32 In order to benefit you and your cattle. 33 But when there comes the greatest catastrophe (i.e. the Day of Recompense, etc.), 34 The Day when man shall remember (all) that he strove for, 35 And Hell-Fire shall be placed in full view for (all) to see,- 36 So as for he who transgressed 37 and preferred the present life, 38 Will surely have Hell for his abode. 39 But he who feared to stand before his Lord, and restrained himself from evil desires, 40 surely Paradise shall be the refuge. 41 They ask thee of the Hour: when will it come to port? 42 About what! You are one to remind of it. 43 To your Lord is the goal of it. 44 You are only a warner to him who has a fear of it. 45 On the day when they see it, it will seem to them as though they had only lived in the world for a morning and an afternoon. 46
