The Cheaters (Al-Mutaffifeen)
36 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Spider (Al-Ankaboot) before The Heifer (Al-Baqarah)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
WOE TO THOSE who give short measure, 1 Who, when they take a measure from people, take in full. 2 Whereas when they give others after measuring or weighing, they give them less! 3 Do not these think that they shall be raised again 4 For a tremendous Day - 5 The day all mankind will stand before the Lord of all the worlds? 6 No indeed, the Book of the immoral is in Sijjeen. 7 and what shall teach thee what is Sijjin? 8 it is a written record. 9 Ah the woe that day for those who deny, 10 those who give the lie to the [coming of] Judgment Day: 11 Yet none gives the lie to it except the transgressor immersed in sin; 12 When Our Signs are rehearsed to him, he says, "Tales of the ancients!" 13 They will never have faith. In fact, their hearts are stained from their deeds. 14 Yes indeed they will be deprived of seeing their Lord on that day. 15 then they shall roast in Hell. 16 Further, it will be said to them: "This is the (reality) which ye rejected as false! 17 Indeed the record of the virtuous is in the highest place, the Illiyin. 18 And what could make thee conceive what that mode most lofty will be? 19 A record [indelibly] inscribed, 20 Which is witnessed by those brought near [to Allah]. 21 Surely the pious shall be in bliss, 22 On couches, gazing, 23 Thou wilt know in their faces the radiance of delight. 24 They are given to drink of a pure wine, sealed, 25 The seal thereof will be of musk. And to this end let the aspirers aspire 26 And it is mixed with Tasneem. 27 The spring from which drink the ones close to Allah. 28 The sinners indeed laughed at believers 29 When passing by them, they would wink at one another 30 and whenever they return to people of their own kind, they return full of jests; 31 and when they saw the believers, they said: “Lo! These are the erring ones”; 32 (they said so although) they had not been appointed watchers over them. 33 Wherefore Today, those who believed at the infidels are laughing, 34 On Thrones (of Dignity) they will command (a sight) (of all things). 35 Surely the disbelievers are rewarded as they did. 36
Almighty God's Truth.

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
