The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
۞ Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High, 1 Who creates, then makes complete, 2 who determined and guided, 3 who brings forth green pasture, 4 Then makes it dried up, dust-colored. 5 We shall make you recite so that you will not forget, 6 except what Allah wills, surely, He knows all that is (spoken) aloud and what is hidden. 7 And We will make your way smooth to a state of ease. 8 Therefor remind (men), for of use is the reminder. 9 in mind will keep it he who stands in awe [of God,] 10 But it will be avoided by those most unfortunate ones, 11 He who shall roast into the Great Fire, 12 Neither dying therein nor living. 13 He indeed shall be successful who purifies himself, 14 remembering his Lord's name and praying. 15 Nay! you prefer the life of this world, 16 even though the life hereafter will be better and will last forever. 17 Verily, [all] this has indeed been [said] in the earlier revelations 18 the revelations of Abraham and Moses. 19
Almighty Allah's Truth.
