The All High (Al-A'alaa)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High, 1 Who createth, then disposeth; 2 And Who makes (things) according to a measure, then guides (them to their goal), 3 and who brings forth herbage, 4 then made it dry dark, flaky stubble, 5 We will make you recite, [O Muhammad], and you will not forget, 6 Except what Allah should will. Indeed, He knows what is declared and what is hidden. 7 And We will make your way smooth to a state of ease. 8 Therefor remind (men), for of use is the reminder. 9 Soon whoever fears will heed advice. 10 And the most wicked will stay away from it. 11 who will roast in the Great Fire, 12 wherein he will neither die nor remain alive. 13 He indeed shall be successful who purifies himself, 14 remembering his Lord's name and praying. 15 But rather you prefer the life of this world! 16 While the Hereafter is better and more enduring. 17 Surely this is in the ancient scrolls, 18 In the Books of Ibrahim and Moosa. 19
