The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)
8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
WHEN THE EARTH quakes with her [last] mighty quaking, 1 And the earth discharges its burdens 2 and man cries out, "What has happened to her?" 3 On that day the earth will declare all (the activities of the human being) which have taken place on it, 4 for that her Lord has inspired her. 5 That Day, the people will depart separated [into categories] to be shown [the result of] their deeds. 6 So, whoever does an atom's weight of good shall see it; 7 and whosoever has done an atom's weight of evil shall see it. 8
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
