The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

When the earth is shaken with its violent shaking, 1 And the earth discharges its burdens 2 And man says, “What has happened to it?” 3 On that Day it shall proclaim its news, 4 for your Lord has so directed it. 5 Upon that day men shall issue in scatterings to see their works, 6 So. he who has done an atom's weight of good shall see it 7 and whoever does an atom's weight of evil shall see it. 8

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
