No, by the moon! 32 And by the Night as it retreateth, 33 By the morning when it brighteneth. 34 Indeed hell is one of the greatest entities. 35 Warn the men. 36 Whoever of you desires to progress or lag behind. 37 Every soul will be a pledge for that which it hath earned, 38 Except those of the right hand 39 [Who will be] in gardens, questioning each other 40 Concerning the guilty: 41 "What was it that brought you to Hell?" 42 They will say, "We were not of those who prayed, 43 and we did not feed the poor, 44 and we were wont to indulge in sinning together with all [the others] who indulged in it; 45 And rejected the Day of Judgement as a lie 46 until the Inevitable End [death] overtook us." 47 So no intercession will avail them. 48 Why then do they turn away from the admonition 49 As if they were frightened (wild) donkeys. 50 fleeing from a lion? 51 Nay, but everyone of them desireth that he should be given open pages (from Allah). 52 No, indeed they have no fear of the Everlasting Life. 53 No! Indeed, the Qur'an is a reminder 54 So whosoever will (let him read it), and receive admonition (from it)! 55 And they will not remember, except that God wills; He is worthy to be feared, -- worthy to forgive. 56
