The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

When the earth is shaken with its appointed tremor. 1 And the earth discharges its burdens 2 And man saith: What aileth her? 3 On that day the earth will declare all (the activities of the human being) which have taken place on it, 4 having been inspired by your Lord. 5 On that day men shall come forth in sundry bodies that they may be shown their works. 6 Whosoever has done an atom's weight of good shall see it, 7 And whoever does an atom's weight of evil will see it. 8
