The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

When the earth is shaken by the shaking thereof, 1 And the earth throws out its burdens, 2 when man asks, "What is happening to her?"; 3 That day she will relate her chronicles, 4 for that her Lord has inspired her. 5 That Day mankind will proceed in scattered groups that they may be shown their deeds. 6 whoever has done the smallest particle of good will see it; 7 And whosoever has done even an atom's weight of evil will behold that. 8

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
