The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

The (unprecedented) crash! 1 What is the Calamity? 2 Would that you knew what the Clatterer is! 3 A Day whereon mankind shall become as moths scattered, 4 and the mountains shall be like plucked wool-tufts. 5 So for one whose scales prove heavy, 6 He will be in a pleasant life. 7 But he whose deeds are lighter in the balance 8 He will have his home in Hawiyah (pit, i.e. Hell). 9 And what shall make thee know that which she is? 10 It is a blazing fire. 11
