Al-Aadeyaat
The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
By the snorting runners (the horses), 1 Striking sparks of fire (by their hooves), 2 And scouring to the raid at dawn, 3 thereby raising clouds of dust, 4 thereby storming [blindly] into any host! 5 The human being is certainly ungrateful to his Lord. 6 To this he himself shall bear witness. 7 Surely, he is ardent in his love of wealth. 8 ۞ But does he not know that when the contents of the graves are scattered 9 and the secrets of the hearts are laid bare (and examined)? 10 Verily their Lord on that Day will be of them Aware. 11
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
