And the dwellers of the Rock certainly rejected the apostles; 80 And We gave them Our communications, but they turned aside from them; 81 And they were hewing out houses from mountains feeling secure. 82 But As-Saihah (torment - awful cry etc.) overtook them in the early morning (of the fourth day of their promised punishment days). 83 Then availed them not that which they had been earning. 84 And We have not created the heavens and earth and that between them except in truth. And indeed, the Hour is coming; so forgive with gracious forgiveness. 85 Indeed, your Lord - He is the Knowing Creator. 86 And We have certainly given you, [O Muhammad], seven of the often repeated [verses] and the great Qur'an. 87 Do not strain your eyes after what We have given certain classes of them to enjoy, and do not grieve for them, and make yourself gentle to the believers. 88 And say: Lo! I, even I, am a plain warner, 89 (We have given you the Quran) as We had given (the Bible) to those who divided themselves into groups 90 (So also on such) as have made Qur'an into shreds (as they please). 91 Them, by thy Lord, We shall question, every one, 92 For that which they have been working. 93 Promulgate thou that which thou art commanded, and turn away from the associaters. 94 Lo! We defend thee from the scoffers, 95 even against those who set up with God another god. Certainly they will soon know! 96 We know indeed thy breast is straitened by the things they say. 97 but extol thou thy Sustainer's limitless glory and praise Him, and be of those who prostrate themselves [before Him] in adoration, 98 and worship your Lord until the last moment (of your life) that will most certainly come. 99
