Prostration

And those that emigrated in God's cause after they were wronged -- We shall surely lodge them in this world in a goodly lodging, and the wage of the world to come is greater, did they but know; 41 They are those who bear with patience, and in their Lord they trust. 42 And We did not send before you except men, towards whom We sent divine revelations so O people, ask the people of knowledge if you do not know. (* All the Prophets were men.) 43 (We sent them) with Clear Signs and Books of dark prophecies; and We have sent down unto thee (also) the Message; that thou mayest explain clearly to men what is sent for them, and that they may give thought. 44 Do they then who plan evil (deeds) feel secure (of this) that Allah will not cause the earth to swallow them or that punishment may not overtake them from whence they do not perceive? 45 Or that He will not seize them in their going to and fro, and they will not be able to frustrate Him? 46 Or that He would not seize them gradually [in a state of dread]? But indeed, your Lord is Kind and Merciful. 47 Have they not regarded all things that God has created casting their shadows to the right and to the left, bowing themselves before God in all lowliness? 48 All living creatures and all angels in the heavens and on the earth are in prostration before Allah; and never do they behave in arrogant defiance. 49 They fear their Lord above them and do what they are commanded. ۩ 50
