1/2 Hizb 54

۞ But nay! I swear by the falling of stars; 75 And that is indeed a tremendous oath, if you understand. 76 That it is a Recitation honourable. 77 inscribed in a well-guarded Book, 78 Which (that Book with Allah) none can touch but the purified (i.e. the angels). 79 a sending down from the Lord of all Being. 80 Then why do you dissimulate this Revelation? 81 You live by calling it a lie. 82 Then why do ye not (intervene) when (the soul of the dying man) reaches the throat,- 83 right before your very eyes? 84 and while We are closer to him than you, although you see [Us] not: 85 Then why do ye not,- If you are exempt from (future) account,- 86 Cause ye it not to return, if ye say sooth? 87 Then, if he is one of the honoured, 88 Then is relief, and flowers and Gardens of peace. 89 And if he was of the companions of the right, 90 Then [the angels will say], "Peace for you; [you are] from the companions of the right." 91 And if he is one of those who give the lie (to this Message) and go astray, 92 there shall be a hospitality of boiling water, 93 and a roasting in Hell. 94 Verily, this! This is an absolute Truth with certainty. 95 So exalt the name of your Lord, the Most Great. 96
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
End of Surah: The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah). Sent down in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')
