And mention in the Book Moses; he was devoted, and he was a Messenger, a Prophet. 51 We called to him from the right side Of the Mount, and We brought him near in communion. 52 And bestowed on him his brother Aaron, a prophet, through Our benevolence. 53 And mention Ismail in the Book; surely he was truthful in (his) promise, and he was an apostle, a prophet. 54 And he used to enjoin on his people prayer and zakah and was to his Lord pleasing. 55 And mention in the Book Idris; he was a true man, a Prophet. 56 whom We exalted onto a lofty station. 57 These were the Prophets from the offspring of Adam, from those who embarked with Noah and from the offspring of Abraham and Israel. God guided them and chose them for His favor. Whenever they would hear the revelations of the Beneficent God they would bow down in prostration with tears. ۩ 58 ۞ They were succeeded by a people who neglected the Prayers and pursued their lusts. They shall presently meet with their doom, 59 except those who repent and believe and act righteously. Such shall enter Paradise and shall not be wronged at all. 60 Gardens of Eden that the All-merciful promised His servants in the Unseen; His promise is ever performed. 61 They will not hear therein any ill speech - only [greetings of] peace - and they will have their provision therein, morning and afternoon. 62 Such is the Paradise which We shall give as an inheritance to those of Our slaves who have been Al-Muttaqun (pious and righteous persons - See V. 2:2). 63 (Said Angel Jibreel to Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon them) “And we angels do not come down except by the command of your Lord; to Him only belongs all that is ahead of us and all that is behind us and all that is between them; and your Lord is not forgetful.” 64 the Sustainer of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them! Worship, then, Him alone, and remain steadfast in His worship! Dost thou know any whose name is worthy to be mentioned side by side with His?" 65
