Verily We bestowed Our favours on Moses and Aaron 114 And We delivered them both and their people from the mighty distress. 115 And helped them so that they became the victors. 116 and We gave them the Book which helps to make things clear; 117 And guided them to the Right Path; 118 and We left them thus to be succeeded by a group [of followers] among later generations: 119 'Peace be upon Moses and Aaron' 120 Thus do We reward the righteous ones. 121 they were among Our believing servants. 122 And Ilyas was most surely of the apostles. 123 When he said to his people: Do you not guard (against evil)? 124 Call ye upon Bal and forsake the Best of creators. 125 Allah, your Lord and the Lord of your fathers of yore? 126 But they denounced him as a liar, so they will surely be arraigned (for punishment), 127 except the sincere servants of God. 128 and We left for him among the later folk 129 Peace be unto Elias! 130 As such We recompense the gooddoers. 131 He was among Our believing worshipers. 132 And indeed Lut is one of the Noble Messengers. 133 (Call to mind) when We delivered him and all his kinsfolk, 134 save an old woman among those that tarried; 135 Then We annihilated the others. 136 And indeed, you pass by them in the morning 137 And at night-time; have ye then no sense? 138
