The tree of Zaqqum 43 The food of sinners. 44 like molten lead will it boil in the belly, 45 as the boiling of the hot water. 46 (It will be said of such sinners), "Seize them and drag them into the middle of hell. 47 Then pour unto their heads the boiling water to torment them". 48 They will be told, "Suffer the torment. You had thought yourselves to be majestic and honorable. 49 This is the torment that you persistently doubted". 50 Lo! those who kept their duty will be in a place secured. 51 Amid gardens and watersprings, 52 Attired in silk and silk embroidery, facing one another. 53 Even so. And We shall pair them with fair damsels large-eyed. 54 They will call therein for every kind of fruit in peace and security; 55 and neither shall they taste death there after having passed through their erstwhile death. Thus will He have preserved them from all suffering through the blazing fire 56 By the beneficence of your Lord. This will be the great success. 57 Now We have made it easy by thy tongue, that haply they may remember. 58 Wait (for God's decree) and they too will be waiting. 59
