Everyone on it must pass away. 26 Only the Supreme Essence of your Glorious and Gracious Lord will remain forever. 27 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 28 Whosoever is in the heaven and earth ask Him. Every day He is upon an affair (He reveals according to His Eternal determination). 29 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 30 Anon We shall direct Ourselves to you, O ye two classes. 31 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 32 O company of jinn and men, if you have the power to go beyond the bounds of the heavens and the earth, go beyond them! Yet you will be unable to go beyond them for that requires infinite power. 33 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 34 There will be sent, against you both, heat of fire and flash of brass, and ye will not escape. 35 How many favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? 36 When the sky is rent asunder, and becomes red like red leather, 37 which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 38 On that day neither man nor jinni will be questioned of his sin. 39 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 40 The criminals will be recognised from their faces, so will be caught by their forelocks and feet, and thrown into hell. 41 Which of the powers of your Lord, will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 42 This is the Hell which the Sinners deny: 43 They shall keep going back and forth between it and the extremely hot boiling water. 44 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 45
