۞ Furthermore I call to witness the setting of the Stars,- 75 And lo! that verily is a tremendous oath, if ye but knew - 76 That this is indeed the glorious Qur'an 77 In a Book kept hidden 78 Which none can touch except the purified. 79 a revelation from the Lord of the Universe. 80 Would you, now, look down with disdain on a tiding like this, 81 and do you make it your living to cry lies? 82 Wherefore then - when the soul cometh up to the wind-pipe 83 And you wait for the moment (of death), 84 But We are nearer to him than ye, and yet see not,- 85 So why is it not, that if you are not to be repaid, 86 Call back the soul, if ye are true (in the claim of independence)? 87 (If a dying soul) is of those near to God, 88 then happiness and delight and Gardens of Bliss are his. 89 And if he (the dying person) be of those on the Right Hand, 90 (For him is the salutation), "Peace be unto thee", from the Companions of the Right Hand. 91 If it is of those who have rejected the Truth and have gone astray, 92 Then [for him is] accommodation of scalding water 93 And burning in Hell-fire. 94 This is the absolute Truth and certainty. 95 Therefore (O dear Prophet Mohammed peace and blessings be upon him) proclaim the Purity of the name of your Lord, the Greatest. 96
Almighty Allah's Truth.
End of Surah: The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah). Sent down in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')
