Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat)
50 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah) before Q (Qaaf)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
By the (winds) sent forth in quick succession, 1 By the raging hurricanes, 2 And [by] the winds that spread [clouds] 3 Then separate them one from another, 4 and those hurling a reminder 5 To end all argument or to warn. 6 Most surely what you are threatened with must come to pass. 7 So when the stars are extinguished, 8 and when the sky is rent asunder 9 And when the mountains are blown away 10 And when the time of the Noble Messengers arrives. 11 To which Day has this task been deferred? 12 For the Day of sorting out (the men of Paradise from the men destined for Hell). 13 And what do you know, what the Day of Decision is! 14 Ruin is for the deniers on that day! 15 Destroyed We not the former folk, 16 and then follow them with the later folk? 17 So We serve the sinners. 18 Woe on that Day to those who reject the truth! 19 Did We not create you from a base fluid 20 that We laid within a sure lodging 21 for a term pre-ordained? 22 So We decreed. How excellent are We as decreers! 23 Woe on that Day to those who belied it! 24 Did We not make the earth a receptacle, 25 for the living and the dead, 26 And placed therein high mountains and given you to drink sweet water therein? 27 Woe on that day unto the beliers! 28 Walk on to that which you called a lie. 29 Walk on to the covering having three branches, 30 that will offer no [cooling] shade and will be of no avail against the flame 31 "Indeed it throws about sparks (huge) as Forts, 32 sparks like to golden herds. 33 Ruin is for the deniers on that day! 34 This is a day in which they will not be able to speak. 35 And they will not be permitted to put forth any excuse. 36 Woe on that day unto the beliers! 37 That will be a Day of Sorting out! We shall gather you together and those before (you)! 38 If now you have any strategy, use it against Me. 39 Woe on that day to the rejecters. 40

Notes and Instructions
When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
ColorfulQuran.com displays pages in one of three Arabic fonts. Each may appear with a one-third chance, adding more diversity to the already diverse colors. And the words remain unchanged forever. ColorfulQuran.com will have more beautiful fonts soon, God willing.
