Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
۞ Have We not opened your breast for you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him))? 1 And removed from you your burden, 2 Which had broken your back? 3 have We not given you high renown? 4 So, surely with every hardship there is ease; 5 Lo! with hardship goeth ease; 6 So, whenever you are free, strive in devotion, 7 and unto thy Sustainer turn with love. 8
True are the words of God the Almighty.
