The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

When Earth is shaken with her (final) earthquake 1 And the earth bringeth forth her burthens, 2 and man will cry out: “What is the matter with her?” 3 On that Day it will relate all her news, 4 having been inspired by your Lord. 5 On that day men shall come forth in sundry bodies that they may be shown their works. 6 And whoso doeth good an atom's weight will see it then, 7 And whosoever has done even an atom's weight of evil will behold that. 8

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
