The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

The event that terrifies the hearts! 1 What is the Striking Calamity? 2 Would that you knew what the Clatterer is! 3 A Day whereon mankind shall become as moths scattered, 4 And the mountains shall become as wool carded, 5 Then, he whose balance (of good deeds) will be (found) heavy, 6 shall live in a life which is pleasing, 7 But as for one whose scales are light, 8 Will have his home in a (bottomless) Pit. 9 And what have you understood, what the one that abases is! 10 Raging Fire. 11
