Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Did you see him who gives the lie to the Reward and Punishment of the Hereafter? 1 It is he who pusheth away the orphan, 2 And urges not the feeding of AlMiskin (the poor), 3 So ruin is to those offerers of prayer – 4 and are heedless of their prayers, 5 Those who (want but) to be seen (of men), 6 And withhold the necessaries of life. 7

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
