Nuh (Noah) said: "My Lord! They have disobeyed me, and followed one whose wealth and children give him no increase but only loss. 21 and have devised a mighty device 22 and said: 'Do not renounce your gods, do not leave waddan or suwa'an or yaghutha, or ya'uqa, or nasra' 23 They have led many astray; so lead the wrongdoers to further error." 24 And so they were drowned on account of their sins, and then cast into the Fire, and did not find any other than Allah, to come forth to their help. 25 And prayed Nooh, “O my Lord! Do not leave any of the disbelievers dwelling in the land.” 26 If you leave them, they will lead Your creatures astray, and beget but iniquitous and ungrateful offspring. 27 My Lord! Forgive me and my parents and him who entereth my house believing, and believing men and believing women, and increase not the wrong-doers in aught save ruin. 28
