And the trumpet is blown and lo! from the graves they hie unto their Lord, 51 Saying: "Ah woe, who has roused us from our sleep?" This is what Ar-Rahman had promised, and whose truth the apostles had affirmed. 52 It would be but a single blast of the trumpet, and they would all be arraigned before Us. 53 Today no one shall suffer the least injustice, and you shall not be recompensed except according to your deeds. 54 See, the inhabitants of Paradise today are busy in their rejoicing, 55 They and their companions will recline on couches in the shade. 56 For them therein is fruit, and for them is whatever they request [or wish] 57 “Peace” shall be the word conveyed to them from their Merciful Lord. 58 But avaunt ye, O ye guilty, this day! 59 ۞ Children of Adam, did I not make a covenant with you, that you should not worship satan he is surely a clear enemy to you 60 And that you worship [only] Me? This is a straight path. 61 But he beguiled a great many of you. Why did you not then understand? 62 This is Hell which you were promised! 63 Suffer therein on this day for your disbelief. 64 We shall seal their lips that day; and their hands will speak, their feet testify to what they had done. 65 And if it had been Our Will, We would surely have wiped out (blinded) their eyes, so that they would struggle for the Path, how then would they see? 66 And if We willed, We could have deformed them, [paralyzing them] in their places so they would not be able to proceed, nor could they return. 67

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
