The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
۞ Ta Sin Mim. 1 These are the verses of the perspicuous Book. 2 It may be that you (O Muhammad SAW) are going to kill yourself with grief, that they do not become believers [in your Risalah (Messengership) and in your Message of Islamic Monotheism]. 3 But if We had so willed, We could have sent down to them a sign from the heavens so that their heads would be bowed down before it in utter humility. 4 And there does not come to them a new reminder from the Beneficent Allah but they turn aside from it. 5 They have called (our revelation) lies. They will soon learn the consequences of what they mocked. 6 Have they not seen the earth, that how many honourable pairs We have created in it? 7 Surely in that is a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 8 Your Lord, He is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 9
