Nay; I swear by the moon, 32 Consider the night when it departs, 33 And the daybreak when it shines; 34 That (Hell) is surely one of the greater (signs), 35 it is a warning to man, 36 To any of you that chooses to go forward (by working righteous deeds), or to remain behind (by commiting sins), 37 Every soul will be a pledge for that which it hath earned, 38 Except the people of the right hand, 39 In gardens they will ask one another 40 concerning the sinners, 41 "What has brought you into hell-fire?" 42 They will answer: We were not of those who prayed 43 and neither did we feed the needy; 44 and we indulged in vain talk with those who indulged in vain talk, 45 and we cried lies to the Day of Doom, 46 Until there came to us the certainty." 47 So the intercession of the intercessors will not benefit them. (The disbelievers will not have any intercessor.) 48 Then what is [the matter] with them that they are, from the reminder, turning away 49 As if they were alarmed donkeys 50 Fleeing from a hunter, or a lion, or a beast of prey. 51 Rather each one of them desires that he should be given open Books. 52 Nay, verily. They fear not the Hereafter. 53 Nay; this is an Exhortation. 54 Then whoever wills will remember it. 55 But none will remember, unless Allah wills, He is the Owner of fear, the Owner of forgiveness. 56
God the Almighty always says the truth.
