Al-Saaffaat 4 of 5
And certainly We conferred a favor on Musa and Haroun. 114 And rescued them and their people from the great calamity. 115 We helped them, and they became victorious, 116 And We gave them the clear Scripture; 117 and guided them in the straight path, 118 and left them thus to be remembered among later generations: 119 Peace be unto Musa and Harun. 120 Even so We recompense the good-doers; 121 For they were two of our believing Servants. 122 And verily, Iliyas (Elias) was one of the Messengers. 123 when he spoke [thus] to his people: "Will you not remain conscious of God? 124 Do you call upon Ba'l and leave the best of creators - 125 Allah, your Lord and the Lord of your fathers of yore? 126 but they rejected him, and thus will certainly be called to account; 127 Except the chosen servants of Allah. 128 We preserved a good name for him among posterity. 129 "Peace be on Elijah and his people!" 130 That is how We reward those who do good. 131 he was among Our believing servants. 132 Verily Lot was one of the apostles, 133 When We rescued him and his entire household. 134 except for an old woman who was among those that stayed behind. 135 and We destroyed the rest. 136 And lo! ye verily pass by (the ruin of) them in the morning 137 And at night. Will ye not therefore reflect? 138
