It is We Who have set out the zodiacal signs in the heavens, and made them fair-seeming to (all) beholders; 16 And We guard it against every accursed Shaitan, 17 excepting such as listens by stealth -- and he is pursued by a manifest flame. 18 We stretched the earth and placed upon it firm stabilisers, and made all things grow upon it balanced evenly. 19 And We have provided therein means of living, for you and for those whom you provide not [moving (living) creatures, cattle, beasts, and other animals]. 20 And there is not of aught but with Us are the treasures thereof, and We send it not down save in a measure known 21 And We send the winds fertilizing (to fill heavily the clouds with water), then caused the water (rain) to descend from the sky, and We gave it to you to drink, and it is not you who are the owners of its stores [i.e. to give water to whom you like or to withhold it from whom you like]. 22 Lo! and it is We, even We, Who quicken and give death, and We are the Inheritor. 23 And verily We know the eager among you and verily We know the laggards. 24 and, behold, it is thy Sustainer who will gather them all together [on Judgment Day]: verily, He is Wise, All-Knowing! 25
