When We replace a message with another -- and God knows best what He reveals -- they say: "You have made it up;" yet most of them do not know. 101 Say, [O Muhammad], "The Pure Spirit has brought it down from your Lord in truth to make firm those who believe and as guidance and good tidings to the Muslims." 102 We know indeed that they say, "It is a man that teaches him." The tongue of him they wickedly point to is notably foreign, while this is Arabic, pure and clear. 103 Those who disbelieve in the verses of Allah, Allah does not guide them for them is a painful punishment. 104 It is only those who believe not in the signs of Allah who fabricate lie, and those! they are the liars. 105 As for anyone who denies God after having once attained to faith - and this, to be sure, does not apply to one who does it under duress, the while his heart remains true to his faith, but [only, to] him who willingly opens up his heart to a denial of the truth: upon all such [falls] God's condemnation, and tremendous suffering awaits them: 106 That is because they loved the life of the world above the Hereafter, and because Allah guideth not an infidel people. 107 Such are they whose hearts and ears and eyes Allah hath sealed. And such are the heedless. 108 Assuredly in the Hereafter they are the losers. 109 ۞ Then, verily, thy Lord unto those who have emigrated after they had been tempted and have thereafter striven hard and endured, verily thy Lord thereafter is Forgiving, Merciful. 110
