۞ And We inspired Moses, saying: Take away My slaves by night, for ye will be pursued. 52 Then Pharaoh sent heralds to (all) the Cities, 53 'These' they said, 'are a small band, 54 And verily they have enraged us. 55 But we are a fully accounted army." 56 We deprived them (the unbelievers) of gardens, springs, 57 their treasures and their noble dwellings -- 58 Thus. And We caused to inherit it the Children of Israel. 59 And they overtook them at sunrise. 60 And when the two hosts saw each other, those with Moses said: Lo! we are indeed caught. 61 He said: Nay, verily! for lo! my Lord is with me. He will guide me. 62 Then We revealed to Moses, 'Strike with thy staff the sea'; and it clave, and each part was as a mighty mount. 63 We also brought the other party close to the same spot, 64 We saved Moses and all the people with him 65 But We drowned the others. 66 In this [story] behold, there is a message [unto all men,] even though most of them will not believe [in it]. 67 And verily, your Lord! He is truly the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful. 68
