۞ And We inspired to Moses, "Travel by night with My servants; indeed, you will be pursued." 52 Then Pharaoh sent heralds to (all) the Cities, 53 (Saying): "These (Israelites) are but a small band, 54 And lo! they are offenders against us. 55 But we are a fully accounted army." 56 Thus did We take them away from gardens and watersprings, 57 their treasures and a noble station. 58 Thus it was; and We made the children of Israel possess them. 59 At sunrise they set off in pursuit of them 60 And when the two hosts saw each other, the companions of Musa (Moses) said: "We are sure to be overtaken." 61 [Musa (Moses)] said: "Nay, verily! With me is my Lord, He will guide me." 62 Then We revealed unto Musa, saying: smite thou the sea with thy staff. So it became separated, and each part was like unto a cliff mighty. 63 Then brought We near the others to that place. 64 and We delivered Moses and his companions, all of them, 65 Then We drowned the others. 66 Indeed in this is surely a sign, and most of them were not Muslims. 67 And verily thy Lord is He, the Exalted in Might, Most Merciful. 68
