Drivers of the Winds (Al-Dhaareyaat)
60 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Dunes (Al-Ahqaaf) before Overwhelming (Al-Ghaasheyah)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
CONSIDER the winds that scatter the dust far and wide, 1 And those who bear the load (of rain), 2 by the ships which smoothly sail on the oceans, 3 And the angels who distribute the affair. 4 Verily the promise made to you is true: 5 and the recompense shall surely happen. 6 CONSIDER the firmament full of starry paths! 7 Lo! ye, forsooth, are of various opinion (concerning the truth). 8 Deluded away from the Qur'an is he who is deluded. 9 They but destroy themselves, they who are given to guessing at what they cannot ascertain 10 Those who have forgotten in a state of intoxication. 11 They ask, "When it will be the Day of Judgment?" 12 [It will be] a Day when they will be sorely tried by the fire, 13 'Taste your trial! This is that you were seeking to hasten.' 14 Surely the godfearing shall be among gardens and fountains 15 Taking what their Lord gives them; surely they were before that, the doers of good. 16 sleeping little in the night-time, 17 And in the hours before dawn, they were (found) asking (Allah) for forgiveness, 18 and in their wealth was a share for whosoever asked and for whosoever was prevented. 19 In the earth there is evidence (of the Truth) for those who have strong faith. 20 And also in your ownselves. Will you not then see? 21 In the heavens there is your sustenance and that which you were promised (Paradise). 22 And by the Lord of the heavens and the earth! it is most surely the truth, just as you do speak. 23

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
