Everyone on it must pass away. 26 And there will remain the countenance of thine Lord, Owner of Majesty and Beneficence. 27 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 28 On Him depends all creatures in the heavens and on earth; [and] every day He manifests Himself in yet another [wondrous] way. 29 Which of your Lord's laudable attributes will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 30 Soon will We apply Ourselves to you, O you two armies. 31 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 32 O company of jinn and men, if you have the power to go beyond the bounds of the heavens and the earth, go beyond them! Yet you will be unable to go beyond them for that requires infinite power. 33 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 34 Flames of fire and molten copper shall be loosed against you, and you shall not be helped. 35 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 36 (On the Day of Judgment) when the heavens are rent asunder they will have a flowery color and flow like oil. 37 O which of our Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 38 For, on that Day, neither man nor jinn will be questioned about his sins. 39 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 40 The Mujrimun (polytheists, criminals, sinners, etc.) will be known by their marks (black faces), and they will be seized by their forelocks and their feet. 41 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 42 This is hell which the guilty deny. 43 They will go round between its flames and boiling water. 44 Which of your Lord's powers will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 45
