The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
۞ EXTOL the limitless glory of thy Sustainer's name: [the glory of] the Al-Highest, 1 The One Who created, and then made proper. 2 who determined and guided, 3 And Who bringeth out the (green and luscious) pasture, 4 And [then] makes it black stubble. 5 We shall enable thee to recite, and then thou shalt not forget, 6 Save that which Allah willeth. Lo! He knoweth the disclosed and that which still is hidden; 7 We shall make all your tasks easy. 8 Therefore do remind, surely reminding does profit. 9 He who fears will mind, 10 And the most unfortunate one will avoid it, 11 The one who will enter the biggest fire. 12 wherein they will neither live nor die. 13 Indeed successful is the one who became pure. 14 and mentions the Name of his Lord, and prays. 15 But you prefer the present life, 16 But the Hereafter is better and more enduring. 17 Verily! This is in the former Scriptures, 18 The scriptures of Abraham and Moses. 19
