Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

۞ Have We not expanded thee thy breast?- 1 and lifted from thee the burden 2 the burden that weighed down thy back? 3 Have We not raised your remembrance? 4 Indeed, there is ease with hardship. 5 surely, with every hardship there is ease. 6 So, whenever you are free, strive in devotion, 7 and to your Lord turn [all] your attention. 8

True are the words of God the Almighty.
