The Elephant (Al-Feel)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon) before Daybreak (Al-Falaq)

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Hast thou not seen how thy Lord did with the Men of the Elephant? 1 Did He not bring their plan to naught? 2 And He sent against them Flights of Birds, 3 Which hit them with stones of baked clay, 4 Then did He make them like an empty field of stalks and straw, (of which the corn) has been eaten up. 5

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
